Laguna Weekuri

The uniqueness of this lake is the bluish-green color of the water, which is a combination of salt water and brackish water resulting from the confluence of seawater entering from rock crevices and several spring points, but still clear.

Access to this location is also very easy and some supporting facilities for visitors such as changing rooms, toilets, and food stalls.

The location of Weekuri is about 60 km from Tambolaka which is the capital of Southwest Sumba Regency.

Waikelo Sawah Waterfall

The view offered by this attraction is a combination of a waterfall and a dam that irrigates the rice fields in front of the waterfall is blocked in the cave and the reflection of sunlight coming in from the top of the waterfall provides an incredible view.

Currently, no one has officially managed this attraction, visitors are only charged a parking fee on vacant land available and owned by residents.  Waikelo Sawah waterfall is located in the East Wewewa district. This area has existed since 1976 and was designed as an irrigation and power plant. With this power plant, Sumba has the first hydropower plant.

Kerewei Beach

In addition to big waves for surfers, Kerewei Beach also offers views of hills and coconut trees that are still beautiful, like Kuta beach in ancient times.

In some parts of this beach, the waves are quite calm, so they are suitable for swimming activities, besides that the stretch of sand and hill views provide amazing spots to get extraordinary photos.

This beach is located in Patiala Bawa  Village, Lomboya District, West Sumba Regency, East Nusa Tenggara which is approximately 73.2 km away from Tambolaka Airport.
