Our check-in time is 2.00 pm and check-out time is 12.00 noon.

Late check-out, if required, is subject to availability on departure date and is charged at 50% from the regular room rate, up to 6.00 pm.

Bokosawu Restaurant
Main Restaurant and Bar (3 meal periods, open to in-house resort guests only).
Location: Overlooking the Indian Ocean

- Breakfast – 7.00 am to 11.00 am
- Lunch - 12.00 noon to 6.00 pm
- Dinner - 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm
- Snacks - 11.00 am to 6.00 pm

Le Humba Restaurant
Restaurant and Lounge (open to the public)
Location: Cliffside, overlooking the Indian Ocean and Savana

- Dinner - 6.00 pm to 10.00 pm

Are there any in-room dining service?

Yes, our in-room dining service is open 24 hours, 7 days a week with Asian and Western selections. Limited menu is also available from 11.00 pm to 7.00 .

Are there any bar and lounges in the resort?

Yes, the bar and lounge is located next to the restaurant overlooking the pool with an ocean view 9.00 am to 7.00 pm. This is a perfect location to unwind and enjoy afternoon tea, cocktails or after-dinner drinks.

What is the cancelation policies?

The Resort will treat all bookings made by the guest as guaranteed bookings. The guest must notify the Resort in writing of any cancellation of the reserved rooms. The following cancellation fee is applicable if the entire or partial room nights of the booking is canceled.

Regular Season/ Shoulder Season
i) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to 1 night’s room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received between 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival.
ii) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to 50% of room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival.
iii) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to full duration of stay room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received 30 days or less prior to arrival.

High Season
i) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to 1 night’s room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received between 120 days to 91 days prior to arrival.
ii) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to 50% of room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received 90 days to 61 days prior to arrival.
iii) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to 75% of room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received 60 days to 31 days prior to arrival.
iv) Cancellation fee equivalent to up to full duration of stay room charge will be imposed if cancellation notice is received 30 days or less prior to arrival.
Should the cancellation fee imposed on the room nights be higher than the total amount of the duration of the booked room nights, the lesser will apply.
